We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or Cash. We are NOT accepting personal checks at this time.
All dogs must be current on Rabies (when age appropriate), Distemper, and Parvo. We strongly recommend all dogs also be current on the Bordetella vaccine as well. Tags are not adequate proof of vaccines. We will need a printed receipt or certificate from your Vet clinic. We do accept a current titers test, or a letter of health from your vet for pets not able to receive vaccines. Our policies are done in guidance with many veterinarians in our area based on what our community is experiencing with communicable canine diseases, and is strictly enforced for your pet's safety.
Since we do not offer group play we do not require pets to be altered for our services. We do ask that in season females reschedule for after their cycles are finished for the safety of their selves and other pets.
Yes, all services are offered by appointment only.
Yes! We know schedules can be hectic, and we are more than happy to accommodate when possible. After hours drop offs, or pick ups must be arranged at least 48 hours in advance, and cost $20.00 to use.
No, all breeds are welcomed at Gateway! Although we do have the right to refuse service to any pet that has aggression we were not notified about before hand, or that we fear will be a danger to themselves, or to our staff and customers.
